Order Adjustment/Cancellation

After finalizing the checkout of an order, you may adjust its information by contacting us via [email protected] within 6 hours. If changes are not made within this timeframe, the order will be sent to production, and adjustments or cancellations will not be possible.

  • Personalized items cannot be adjusted after finalizing the order.
  • Changes to item quantity, color, or size in discounted orders are not permitted.

Please note that canceling an order within 6 hours of placement will result in a non-refundable fee.

Refund Policy

Our artwork is crafted by a professional design team to meet your preferences. As personalized products are printed according to your requirements, we do not offer returns or reprints for orders marked as delivered.

Fully Refundable Situations

We offer a 100% refund or replacement if:

  • Your order does not arrive within 45 business days.
  • Quality issues such as unclear prints, incorrect colors/sizes, or damaged products are reported within 7 days of receipt.

Please email us with relevant evidence (photos of the product, size tag, and shipping label) to initiate a refund or replacement process.
